ABOUT:

In addition to contract work, I’m also developing my own project—an upcoming commercial game for PC and consoles. The game is still in the early stages, and it’s not quite time for a full reveal, but I can share a few key details.

SPECS:

  • Fast-paced arcade shooter
  • Built entirely in Unity
  • Game core powered by Unity DOTS/ECS
  • Extensive use of Unity DOTS physics
  • Capable of handling hundreds to thousands of characters on screen simultaneously with solid performance (currently running +-120FPS in 1440p on my laptop with GeForce 3060 mobile)
  • Advanced optimization techniques, like baking animations to textures
